Water In New Mexico

This is another place we wanted to see before we left!
New Mexico really does have water, you just have to look for it!

This dam is about 1 1/2 hours away from where we lived.
The large crop farm I talked about before NAPI(and where Napi the dog got her name from), canals water from this lake down to irrigated the crops!

I have no idea how this picture happen.
Mark must have his eyes on Jesus!

Are these New Mexico geese or to lazy to fly to Canada?

This is the stream below the dam.
You can only fly fish!

Mark was wishing that was him (the guy fishing).

We also found some big trees!

I know alot of different pictures this time, then normal!

Standing In 4 States At The Same Time

This is one place we want to see before we left!
Did you know there is a place in the states you can stand in 4 states at the same time.
Can you name the 4 states?

We saw this on the way and had to take the picture!

Mark's New Hobby

Can you guess what it is?
 beading?
 Emerson is Mark's teacher.

Mark and Emerson design the wooden thing(loom?).
 Nothing like wearing your pattern!
Look who is right there with Mark, Napi.
I should add here and let you all know about Napi.
Napi has a new home, she is on a horse and cattle farm.
She couldn't come with us to camp or if we do go to Americus,GA.
It was hard to see her go but we know it was God's will to bring her into our lives when he did and now she is blessing someone else.

In less then a month, Mark made these!

Long Over Due

Sorry it has been a while. Our last two weeks in New Mexico, Duane decide to change, move the internet, so we could not get it in the adobe. Then came a week of driving across country, finding stuff in our shed, and moving into a RV, 2x smaller then the adobe. And guess what, at camp we can't get internet in the RV. Blogging for the next 3 months will be a challenge. You might get a couple of post in one day then nothing for a week or so. But first I need to get caught up on our last weeks in New Mexico!

In April we had an unexpected snow storm. Mark just had to make a snowman.
If you check last April post, Mark made snowmen on a picnic table then.
