Congregational United Church of Christ

Congregational United Church of Christ is the church where we stay at in Minot. What a busy church! A boy scout troop meets there every Tuesday night. On Saturday they have a breakfast, like a soup kitchen. On Monday a church that was flooded out, use the kitchen for their soup kitchen. Then you throw in MDS living at this church. You can see why I say it is a very busy, caring, and reaching out church.
 Joan and Tammy

Joan is the lady who kept things running smoothly. Every month she would type up all the actives for the month and would post it in the kitchen and the office. She would check in regular to see how things were going and if we need anything.

 Dave

Dave is a member of this church. Without Dave MDS would not be doing as many houses as they are. In North Dakota only license North Dakota electrician can get the permits and supervise the wiring. Dave came out of retirement to help.

 Ernie and Rosalie

Rosalie and Ernie were an answer to prayer. Mark and I had prayed, asking God for a couple that live in Minot, that we could get to know. What a blessing they were to us. We were able to see things out side of the city. But mostly it was their friendship that we will cherish.

We thank all of you for your part in helping MDS and our stay in Minot, one to remember. We will miss you. But we hope to come visit again if it is in God's plan. Blessings
