Our first day in Minot, Mark is out power-washing and mold control on a house that was done back in December, but it was not done right. That is when Mark first met the homeowner, Kathryn. She has become a very special lady to us. Can you guess how old she is?
Kathryn also has a very special niece, Joan(Jo-ann) and a nephew, Phil.
Mark was able to do most of the work on her house and if he wasn't there she would ask "Where is Mark?"

This was a special time for Mark and I because we were able to see and be part of the work to bring Kathryn's house from the bare studs to her house dedication.
