One of the Parks in Minot,ND

Mark and I tried to walk to the Park every Saturday and Sunday. It would take about a hour to walk to the park and round the park and then back home.
The first time we were amazed by how many black squirrels we saw.


The common grey was more likely to chat with you and pose for a picture.



Around the beginning of March the Canadian Geese landed in the park. We thought maybe they had forgotten their passports. Or maybe the boarder crossing was taking to long!

By the second week they all had pretty much paired up.






They didn't even mind that at first the water was still frozen.

Or even left over trash from the flood.

This was one of the neat things in the park!
The following picture are not so neat but I think in time it will look better. I just tried to remember that people are still working on their homes.
